ABOUT US
The
institute is associated in developmental programmes of rural
areas for last 50 years and continues to spread it's rays of knowledge
and experience through trainings in agriculture management and extension
services.
CAMPUS
It
is situated in the heart of hills at a distance of 15k.m. from Shimla
at an altitude of 7000ft. It commands fascinating view of Kedar Nath &
Badri Nath snow peaks.
TRAININGS
Being
a pioneer training institute in Extension and Management in the
state under NATP, it imparts quality training to different stake
holders at District, Block and Village level.
FACULTY
Faculty
is the back bone of any training/educational institute and SAMETI is no
exception. It has a vide range of trained and qualified faculty from all
over the state and from many reputed institutes of India.
